brake fluid
DOT3 DOT4 DOT5
– DOT3 Brake Fluid: A glycol-based brake fluid designed for standard passenger cars and light-duty vehicles. It provides good high-temperature stability (minimum dry boiling point of 205°C) and anti-corrosion properties, meeting the basic needs of conventional braking systems in daily driving.
– DOT4 Brake Fluid: An upgraded glycol-based grade, suitable for passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles (including those with ABS). It has a higher dry boiling point (minimum 230°C) and better resistance to moisture absorption, maintaining stable braking performance even under frequent or heavy braking conditions.
– DOT5 Brake Fluid: A synthetic silicone-based brake fluid, mainly used in high-performance vehicles, off-road vehicles, or military equipment. It features an extremely high dry boiling point (minimum 260°C), excellent low-temperature fluidity, and zero moisture absorption—avoiding internal corrosion and ensuring long-term reliability in harsh environments (e.g., extreme temperatures, humid climates).
