ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) processing for lubricating oils and greases refers to a cooperation model where a manufacturer with design and R&D capabilities (ODM factory) not only undertakes contract manufacturing of lubricating oil and grease products for the brand owner, but also takes charge of design and R&D work such as the core formulas, performance parameters, and specification standards of the products. The brand owner only needs to select or make minor adjustments to the existing design solutions based on its needs, and finally affix its own brand for sales.

In simple terms, the ODM factory “provides designs and undertakes manufacturing on behalf”, while the brand owner “selects solutions and affixes its brand”. Our lubricating oil production lines integrate “precision proportioning, efficient blending, intelligent filling, and strict quality inspection” into a modernized production system. Precision Quality Control: Equipped with high-precision metering equipment, the proportioning error is ≤ 0.1%, ensuring core indicators (such as viscosity and anti-wear performance) of each batch remain stable and up to standard.
Efficient Production: A single line achieves an hourly output of 200–500 barrels (200L standard barrels). It supports rapid switching between the production of multiple lubricating oil types, including mineral oils and synthetic oils.
Intelligent Management: Equipped with an MES (Manufacturing Execution System), key parameters such as mixing temperature and filling speed are monitored in real time, enabling full traceability of production data.
